Rossounito is a wine made from different grapes from different producers, Aurora, La Viranda and A 'Vita. The grapes are spontaneously vinified in concrete tanks and aged in wooden barrels. Two years after its aging, the wine of the Valli Unite company joins. A wine that on the nose gives aromas of red fruit, rose, violet and delicate spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with good harmony between softness and hardness. A very pleasant wine.

"Teresa" is a very expressive red wine with a very pleasant bouquet produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel containers. Aging takes place for 12 months in old wooden barrels. Bottled without the use of sulfur dioxide addition or filtrations. Ruby red with light purple reflections, the nose expresses notes of red fruit, withered flowers and a slight spiciness. In the mouth it is warm, pleasant, a beautiful tannic texture and a finish of good persistence.

Ottavio is a rustic and pleasant red wine produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel and cement containers. Bottled the following spring without use, sulfur dioxide is added or filtered. Ottavio has a pale ruby red color with floral and spicy aromas typical of Grignolino. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, with light tannins and great drinkability.

TZERB eRetico di Orto Tellinum is a wine obtained mainly from Chiavennasca grapes to which small quantities of Rossola, Brugnola, Pignola, Traunasca, Merlina and other rare and autochthonous ones that come from old vines cultivated in a natural way are added. "Tzerb" "is the word used in the local dialect to indicate an abandoned land. The vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation with long macerations on the skins that can last up to 30 days. Refine for 12 months in steel.

Erre is a red wine produced with Aglianico grapes that come from vineyards with an average age of 50 years in the vineyards. it has a deep ruby red color.
