Rosso Arcaico by Andrea Occhipinti is a wine obtained from a blend of red grapes that grapes come from vineyards of an average age of 20 years planted on volcanic soils. Aging 6 months in terracotta amphorae and 2 months in bottle. The nose perceives fruit aromas, in particular apricot, spicy hints and notes of incense. In the mouth it is enveloping, full-bodied, with soft tannins and a long mentholated finish.

All Anna's wines from the Qvevri line have been vinified and aged in Georgian terracotta amphorae produced by one of the last remaining artisans of the sector: Zaaliko Bodjadze. Assembly of different vineyards. The grapes were left to macerate on the skins for different times depending on the vineyard from which they came. Later the different wines were blended and the mass remained to refine always in qvevri until September. Floral and expressive with cherry in evidence. Fresh and balanced.

Massimo by Anforaje is a wine that tells of Massimo's love for Pantelleria, his passion for work and attention to detail. A wine that comes from a blend of Nero D'Avola, Sangiovese and Pignatello, all grapes that come from a few rows kissed by the sea. It goes without saying that it is produced in very few bottles.

Raptor by Aurete is an excellent wine from local red grapes that grow on clayey-clay soils. Spontaneous fermentation in amphora with maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging on fine lees for 5 months in Artenova amphora. One of those wines that you cannot stop drinking and which is always balanced in the mouth.
