Glow Glow's Spatburgunder is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Its production involves two weeks of carbonic maceration, which helps preserve the freshness and fragrance of the grapes, and aging in large old barrels (1200 and 2500 liters), which allows the fruity character to be integrated with softer and more complex nuances. The result is a fresh and aromatic wine, characterized by notes of cherry popsicle, hibiscus, and wild strawberries, which create an intense and inviting fruit profile. Perfect for those seeking a young, fresh, and aromatic red, Glow Glow's Spatburgunder is ideal as an accompaniment to light dishes such as appetizers, cured meats, fresh cheeses, or poultry and fish dishes.
