Irancy Rouge by Vini Viti Vinci is a red wine obtained from Pinot Noir grapes in purity. Refine in wood for nine months. On the nose, notes of red fruit and cocoa beans stand out. Dynamic and fresh mouth with a deep minerality. Drink uncontrollably.

Ellittico by Vinyer de la Ruca is a red wine based on Grenache and Carignan which refines in exhausted barriques for eight months. Currant and raspberry juice. Slender, graceful mouth. Barely hinted tannins and compulsive drinking. Bottle with crown cap.

Region: Languedoc-Roussillon.

Alcohol content: 13,5%.

Aging: 8 months in barrique.

The Marnes Grise Arbois Rouge by Guillaume Gilet is a red wine obtained from 100% Poulsard grapes. The grapes are only partially destemmed before fermentation and macerated for 13 days on the skins. After fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months in steel. Notes of red fruit and spices emerge on the nose. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied and complex, fresh with fine tannins and a long persistence. A wine full of enthusiasm, which can be drunk in one go.

Region: France, Jura.

Vine: Poulsard.

Alcohol content: 12%.
