RAPP by Rocco di Carpaneto is a red wine made from red grapes. Rapp means bunch in the old Carpanese dialect. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks, with the exclusive use of wild yeasts, and prolonged maceration. Then it is aged for at least 20 months in large barrels. A wine that expresses aromas of red fruit, spices and balsamic notes on the nose. In the mouth the tannin is mordibo and stands out for its acidity.

The Primitivo from the L'Archetipo winery is a full-bodied red wine with great vigor and flavor, which ages for 12 months in large barrels and for another 12 in steel. "Satyricon" is a red wine of excellent persistence obtained from pure Aglianico grapes.It ages in tonneaux for 12 months on fine lees. It is not clarified or filtered before bottling. The nose releases intense fruity hints in alcohol, spicy and undergrowth. In the mouth it is structured, fresh, with an austere finish and long persistence.

Antolini's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a red wine scented with red fruits, and which is fresh, savory on the palate, with velvety and enveloping tannins. Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, Ripasso is a bridge between the young Valpolicella and the "adults" Amarone and Recioto because it is produced by refermenting the vintage wine for 5/7 days on the pomace of the dried Amarone and Recioto grapes . Collepazzo is a Cesanese di Affile in purity, grapes resulting from the blend of different volcanic and sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation without chemical additions and then 10 months of aging in concrete and 6 months in bottle. An artistic and multifaceted wine, in the sense that what might appear low in alcohol and poorly structured, actually has intense fruit and high drinkability but with structure and alcohol present, but absolutely not perceptible. Note of red fruit, wet earth and wild sensations are the masters.

Rosso di Montepulciano di Poderi Sanguineto is a red wine produced from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo. Refine one year in oak barrels. "Le Trame" from podere Le Boncie is a red wine obtained from sangiovese grapes. Aging for 2 years in used wooden barrels of different capacities. The color is intense ruby red. The nose expresses fruity notes, floral notes, spices, animal notes and light earthy sensations. In the mouth it is full, with a tannin to tame but with a nice acidity. Wine to be left to rest to fully appreciate it.
