The Cotillon des Dames by Jean-Yves is a complex, deep and mineral orange wine, made from 100% Jacquére grapes. The grapes come from micro-plots located at the confluence of the Arly and Isère rivers, 600 meters above sea level, in the Conflans region, Savoy, where soils made up of shale and limestone predominate. After the manual harvest, the bunches, once in the cellar, are spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats with 6 weeks maceration. Refine for a year in old barriques, no added sulphites, no filtered or clarified

Tattouine di Matassa is a red wine made from 90% Grenache Gris grapes, and 10% Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes come from century-old vineyards located on rocky soils. Manual grape harvest and soft pressing done in a small vat with the feet. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of 3 weeks for grapes coming from a parcel of shale. Light alcohol content and scents of fruit and spices for a light, slender and thirst-quenching sip.

Bourgogne Coulanges la Vineuse Rouge by Vini Viti Vinci is a wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. The reds of this Appellation are characterized by their great softness, finesse. The grapes come from vines grown on limestone and clayey soils. After manual harvesting they are fermented whole with the carbonic maceration technique. Aging in barrique. It is bottled without filtration or clarification, and with a small addition of sulfur. Irancy Coulanges la Vineuse rouge is a deep and bright ruby red color with aromas that recall raspberry, violet and sweet spices. In the mouth it is elegant, soft, characterized by an excellent freshness. Closes on long and precise fruity and floral finishes.

The Pinot Noir La Boudeuse by Les Terres Bariolées is made with grapes that come from a small vineyard located on schistose, marly and limestone soils. The vinification takes place with whole bunches for 15 days in stainless steel, with maturation in barrique for 8 months and subsequent decanting to make the mass in stainless steel for a month. Very low alcohol content and no added sulphites.
