One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Supersannios is made from pure local red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards planted years ago by Ennio's father-in-law, and were sold locally. Ennio began to vinify them with a maceration on the skins of about 20 and he refined them for a few months in steel tanks. No filtration or clarification before bottling.
