Pinot Noir by Grawu is elegant and deep. Cultivation of vines in Naturno on granite and gneiss and also in Trento on limestone soil. Spontaneously fermented with whole grapes and stalks. Subsequently aged for 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Louis 38 Pinot Noir from Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is a white with a red dress. Red wine fermented on the skins for a few days and aged in large wood. Red fruits, little alcohol, lots of drinking. Served fresh, it goes well with fish, with appetizers in general and with light-hearted meals. Another way of understanding Pinot Noir.

Granato is a red wine made from Teroldego grapes. Aging takes place in wooden barrels for 15 months. It is bottled without filtration and no type of stabilization. On the nose there are aromas of red berry fruit, raspberry and cherry, of flowers, with mineral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, balanced and harmonious, savory and fresh, with a long finish on fruity notes.

The "Sankt Anna" of Weingut In Der Eben is a red wine that comes from pure grapes of the schiava vine. Ages 24 months in wood and then rests in the bottle for at least 6 months; unfiltered. Certainly the best Schiava around for its elegance, the soft aromas of wild berries, its drinkability and its balance.
