Perricone di Porta del Vento is a red wine obtained from an autochthonous grape capable of giving wines of great value. It refines 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels. Maldafrica is obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in underground terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. It continues its aging in Slavonian barrels for 12 months. It is a ruby red wine with aromas reminiscent of a Sicilian summer evening: spices, aromatic herbs and capers. In the mouth it is soft, juicy with delicate tannins.

Don Pippinu by Vini Scirto is a red wine obtained from grapes from a centuries-old vineyard, partly ungrafted, located on Etna. After the harvest which takes place around the first half of October, the grapes are fermented spontaneously in steel for around 10/20 days. Refine in tonneaux for at least 18 months. The nose teases with red and fleshy fruit, recalling black cherries and berries. Initially it is rebellious and energetic, stirring herbaceous and spicy sensations inside, but then it stabilizes, becoming almost balsamic, fresh and with a suitable minerality. The tannic texture that pervades it makes it elegant and intriguing.

Nero d'Avola "Siccagno" by Arianna Occhipinti is a red wine with a dark ruby color that comes from vines over 40 years old.
