The Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle is white wine obtained from Priè Blanc grapes that come from vineyards located on sandy soil at an altitude of 1200 meters s.l.m. On the nose are notes of aromatic herbs, floral, with hints of white fruits, williams pear, and spicy notes of white pepper. At the sip it is fresh intense, persistent with evident mineral notes. A wine that makes acidity its strong point.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. Fresh and with good salt, it moves smoothly in the mouth, leaving the palate clean, satisfied and inebriated by citrus and mineral aromas. The Pantagruel by La Cantina Di Cunéaz is a 100% Gewurtztraminer white wine. Refines for 4 months in oak barrels, and then 9 months in large barrels. No chemical adjustments such as clarification or filtration. The result is a well-rounded wine, full and opulent but with a straight and dry finish, an excellent liquid correspondence to this mountain climate.

The Baby Bandito Keep On Punching is obtained from old Chenin blanc vineyards planted in 1972. Spontaneous vinification in steel tanks and aging in the same. A straw yellow wine. The nose reveals very fresh and lively notes of citrus and white peach. The palate is fine, light and very fresh with a pleasant closing. Delicious and good, it immediately becomes impossible to find.
