Ronco Severo's Pinot Grigio is an intense and full-bodied wine obtained from the homonymous grapes, produced according to the ancient traditions of Friuli. "Scapulin" is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes that is produced following the style of Burgundian whites. It matures first for 9 months in the same barriques and then further refined in glass for a minimum of six months. A small production made with just over 1,000 bottles. On the nose the aromas range from yellow peach notes to tropical vanilla scents. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm and enveloping, with good freshness and flavor. It closes with a long finish.
