Le Marne's Gavi Oro is a wine produced with Cortese grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard located on a calcareous clay soil positioned 350 meters above sea level. The refinement on the fine lees for a long time takes place first in cement and then in the bottle. The slight over-ripening in the plant combined with the prolonged permanence on the lees gives a wine with great mineral expressiveness and surprising aging potential. The Langhe Bianco di Principiano is a wine made from 100% Timorasso grapes from a small vineyard located in Serravalle Langhe at 750 meters above sea level. Vinified and aged in steel. Timorasso di Oltretorrente is a rich and full white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. "Scapulin" is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes that is produced following the style of Burgundian whites.
