Valfaccenda's Roero Arneis is a fresh and vibrant wine that ages partly in steel and partly in barrique. It has a strong straw yellow color. The nose expresses aromas of ripe and exotic fruit with mineral hints. On the palate it is warm, tasty, characterized by a lively freshness and a long and savory finish.

Aging: 6 months in steel tanks (70%) and 4 months in barrique (30%, then all in the bottle for a few months.

"Scapulin" is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes that is produced following the style of Burgundian whites. It matures first for 9 months in the same barriques and then further refined in glass for a minimum of six months. A small production made with just over 1,000 bottles. On the nose the aromas range from yellow peach notes to tropical vanilla scents. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm and enveloping, with good freshness and flavor. It closes with a long finish.
