Emotiq Bianco is the company's first white wine, with Malvasia Puntinata and Rhenish Riesling, planted in red volcanic soils and white sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation, aging in tonneaux. A wine with a golden yellow color, with notes of fresh fruit such as pear and an aroma reminiscent of musk to close in a note reminiscent of bitter almond. "Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. Litrozzo Bianco from the Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a pure and wild white wine obtained from a blend of local biamnche grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Biancoperso is a fresh and mineral white wine obtained from a blend of local white grapes, which is aged in steel and cement. It is golden yellow in color.
