Le Monade di Enoz - Masseria Torricella is a Fiano-based white wine produced entirely in amphora, from vinification to aging, with maceration on the skins for eight days. In the mouth the acidity is quite marked and the mineral texture makes it very interesting to drink.

Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. Aging in terracotta amphorae for a period ranging from 2 to 3 years depending on the vintage. Wide aromas are released on the nose with flavors of red fruit, citrus puffs and spicy hints. On the palate it is fresh, vertical, enveloping with a long finish.

Fiano Sohpia is a wine with a marked flavor and a lashing vein of freshness that is vinified with long macerations in 200-liter amphorae for over a year. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh, material, slightly tannic and excellent persistence.

Zagreo is a white wine obtained from Falanghina grapes that come from vineyards that grow on soils of volcanic origin. The vinification takes place in a natural way with only indigenous yeasts in terracotta amphora with maceration on the skins for a very long time. Not filtered before bottling. Zagreo has a beautiful golden yellow color. The nose is intriguing with white flowers and citrus. In the mouth it is full-bodied, complex, savory with a nice sour shoulder.
