The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

Martin Worner's Weiss is a white that nscae from a blend of 7 different varieties: Würzer, Faber, Bacchus, Müllerthurgau, Scheurebe, Riesling, Silvaner. The grapes come from old vines grown according to organic farming, which are located on sandy soils. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in large exhausted wooden barrels. as in the style of Martin. Too bad for the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

FelceBianco is a fresh and drinkable white wine made from white grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. Felcebianco is an intense yellow wine with aromas of lemon peel, plum, fresh apple and saline. The mouth is fresh and agile with a saline return in the finish.

Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. Given their goodness and very limited production volume, Mai & Kenji wines are almost impossible to find. If a bottle passes by, know that now is the perfect time to drink it.

Michele's new wine is dedicated to the Dutch champion, and the label shows the goal he scored against the Soviet Union in the 1988 European Championship final. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

Lazaro di Masiero is a macerated white wine made from 100% Garganega grapes. A wine with a good structure, slightly tannic, and with a great minerality typical of this very persistent volcanic territory.
