Carlaz DI Walter De Battè is an intense, fresh and vibrant macerated white wine, with a rich and complex aromatic profile. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts with 3-4 days of maceration in contact with the skins. The refinement lasts 9 months in 550 liter barrels. Bajola Bianco is a macerated wine that comes from white grapes through an old winemaking process in use on the island of Ischia. The color is intense golden yellow. On the nose the aromas are various of white peach, pineapple, cedar and a mineral background. On the palate it is full-bodied, with solid structure and flavor. The ending is endless.

Harmoge by Walter De Battè is an energetic and mineral white wine obtained from a mixture of local white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins, from 4 to 8 days; while aging takes place in oak barrels for 15 months. A wine that is expressed on the nose with hints of candied fruit, notes of aromatic herbs, hints of resin and flint and sapid tones. On the palate the perfume is rich, soft, with great envelopment and minerality.

Santyuste Vino de Pueblo is a tasty and lively white wine produced with Verdejo from vineyards between the ages of 140 and 200, which are found in four different sites at an altitude of about 800-850 meters, planted on calcareous and sandy soils.
