Aging in concrete tanks. It has straw yellow with aromas of fruit and fresh flowers. In the mouth it is agile and snappy, dynamic fresh. An easy-to-drink wine.

"Riva Arsiglia" by Giovanni Menti is a fresh and savory wine that offers a dynamic sip full of energy. From pure white grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 50 years. The nose expresses aromas of yellow fruit, citrus, on notes of flint and graphite. In the mouth it is characterized by a lively acidity, and is very drinkable.

Il Tempo Ritrovato by Podere Veneri Vecchio is a white wine with personality vinified with a 12-day maceration on the skins, and aging in traditional chestnut and acacia helmets for almost a year. Pr4 Oxyd Insolente is a wine made from pure white grapes that come from a vineyard of over 60. Harvested by hand in boxes in mid-September. Destemming and crushing of the bunches and spontaneous fermentation at room temperature in cement tanks, racking and resting on fine lees until February. Barrel oxidation drains before bottling. Without added sulphites.

Pr3 Acid Insolente is a wine obtained from pure white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation without temperature control in cement containers, racking and resting on the lees until February. A wine that is a boost of sharp acidity.
