Cantina Giardino's Fiano "Gaia" is an intense and complex wine made from grapes of the homonymous vine that come from old vines with an age ranging from 30 to 100 years. The Don Chichotte is a macerated white wine made from 100% Fiano grapes that come from a 20 year old vineyard located at 800 m.s.l.m. Ronco Severo's Ribolla is a full-bodied and sapid macerated white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape variety. In the show glass of golden yellow color. Pecorino Machaon by Ausonia is a fresh and lively white wine that is made from grapes that come from the oldest vineyards of the company. Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil. Aging on its own yeasts for 70% in steel tanks and 30% in 500l barrels for about eight months. Straw-yellow in color with golden reflections, the nose has hints of citrus and ripe fruit, with smoky and spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is soft and rich in flavor. Long, deep and aromatic complexity finish. A wine of tradition and of the territory, using a blend and a vinification technique used by the farmers of Cilento.

Lo Amo Macerato by Tenuta Belvedere is a white wine macerated from Pinot Grigio grapes. The grapes come from vineyards grown organically which are found on clayey and calcareous soils. The harvest is done manually, and once the grapes arrive in the cellar, they are de-stemmed, pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts without temperature control with a 14-day maceration. Aged for 9 months in acacia tonneaux and then after bottling for 4 months in bottle.

"T'ara rà" is a white wine born from Greco grapes grown in the highest areas of the Giardino Winery. The 4-day maceration on the skins and the spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts make it an authentic and artisan orange wine. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of peach and apricot, once opened you can recognize smoky and hydrocarbon hints. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with substance, with sapid notes and a good acidic shoulder. Closes long. The farmer's wine as it used to be.
