Nikolas Juretic’s Belo is a blend of indigenous white grapes from Cormòns vineyards rooted in *Ponca*—a soil rich in sandstone, marl, and limestone. Born from a vintage marked by a hailstorm on July 26, 2024, Belo brings together grapes originally destined for Waldo, creating a cuvée of great authenticity. It undergoes brief skin maceration and ages for approximately 11 months in a mix of concrete tanks and large oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal added sulfites. A fresh, vertical, and savory wine with a mineral finish. An essential, honest white wine produced in limited quantities.

Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous in acacia wood barrels and the aging on the fine lees is 3 months in the same containers. Naturally clarified, it undergoes a light filtration before bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide during all stages of production.

Ageno is an intense macerated white wine with an eighty personality from a blend of local white grapes. It is an amber colored wine due to the long maceration on the skins. Lello by Luca Bevilacqua is a white wine made from grapes grown on a single hectare of vineyard located on clay and marl soils, ideal for fully expressing the characteristics of the terroir. Fermentation on the skins, lasting three days, enriches the wine with complex aromas and gives it a subtle tannic structure, making it unique. After this phase, the wine is aged in fiberglass tanks for six months. The aromas are intense and lively, with hints of passion fruit, tropical notes, citrus, and lemon, evoking an explosion of freshness. On the palate, it is distinguished by a light body yet great fruity purity, offering a fresh, complex, and well-balanced tasting experience.

"Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. After the racking the fermentation in amphora ends without temperature control. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in amphorae. Sempre In Due is a wine with fresh and fruity aromas, with a beautiful body, soft, fresh and sapid. Long enough finish.
