The Greco by L'Archetipo is a white wine produced with the grapes of the same name. Aging in steel without ever filtering or adding any kind. It is a wine that stands out for its notes of fruit, wildflowers, and honeyed notes. On the palate it is balanced, light-bodied, fresh and with an evident mineral imprint.

Fiano by Archetipo is a white wine characterized by marine and slightly smoked nuances, obtained from Fiano Minutolo grapes. It is round and floral, fairly slender in its body. Clean and lively thanks to the beautiful acidity.

The "Litrotto Bianco" is a white wine obtained from a blend of native Apulian vines such as Verdeca, Falanghina, Marchione and Fiano. Refines in steel containers for 6 months on its own fine lees. The nose offers aromas of yellow berry fruit, citrus, and notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is very drinkable, very fresh and savory.y.
