Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

Ronco Severo's Pinot Grigio is an intense and full-bodied wine obtained from the homonymous grapes, produced according to the ancient traditions of Friuli. It presents a typical coppery color to the eye. On the nose the olfactory profile is composed of acacia flowers, white fruits, dry hay, walnut husk and toasted almonds. "Scapulin" is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes that is produced following the style of Burgundian whites. It matures first for 9 months in the same barriques and then further refined in glass for a minimum of six months. A small production made with just over 1,000 bottles. On the nose the aromas range from yellow peach notes to tropical vanilla scents. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm and enveloping, with good freshness and flavor. It closes with a long finish.

Ronco Severo Friulano is a macerated white wine of remarkable structure obtained from Friulano grapes in purity. It is presented with a golden yellow color. Valli Unite's Derthona is a wine made from white grapes from the company's young vineyards. The harvest is manual with selection of the bunches. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. Aging in steel tanks continues. Throughout the winemaking process no sulphose is used. Valli Unite Derthona is straw yellow in color. The nose recognizes the typical hints with a note of yellow pulp fruit. In the mouth it is ready, savory, well balanced by acidity, with a good finish.
