"Roditis" is a Greek white wine produced with the autochthonous Roditis grape, with a straw yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose the olfactory profile is reminiscent of ripe yellow pulp fruit, apricot and hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, with an almost oily texture, good freshness and minerality. Excellent when young but beautiful, aged a few years.s.

The Coteaux Champenois Blanc "Vin de Comptoir" is one of the few still white wines found in Champagne. Which is not easy to do at these latitudes, but Charles Dufour succeeded greatly by giving us this jewel produced with Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay grapes and Pinot Noir with vinification and aging in barrique.

The Bourgogne Coulange la Vineuse "Chanvan" by Vini Viti Vinci is a wine obtained from 100% Aligotè grapes that come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime in the municipality of Chitry in northern Burgundy. Manual and selected harvest of the grapes, destemming in the cellar and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. It then refines in the same barrels for at least 9 months. The nose tastes of wheat, butter and lemon pulp. In the mouth it is enveloping, straight, taut with a long finish on citrus notes.

The Moschomavro di Ligas is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. The grapes grow on vines all located in the valley of Mount Paiko, on soils characterized by limestone. Manual harvesting of the grapes and spontaneous vinification in steel tanks. Aging takes place in old oak barrels for 3-4 months.

Chateau Musar Bianco is a wine that comes from a blend of 2 Lebanese indigenous grape varieties such as Obaideh and Merwah. Aging for 6 months in Nevers French oak barriques on the fine lees. Assembly in steel vats and subsequent aging of 6 months in barrique, 2 months in steel and 48 months in bottle. On the nose complex aromas of ripe yellow fruit, balsamic and spicy hints. in the mouth it is dry, of great structure, fat, mineral and extremely original. A red disguised as white!
