The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

Kamara Winery's Retsina Traditional is a wine made from roditis and assyrtiko grapes. Peter Lauer's Riesling Faß 2 is a light and fresh wine, frank and crunchy on the palate, at the same time long and persistent in the finish. "Bye Bye by Petracavallo is a white wine obtained from 100% Fiano Minutolo grapes. Refines for 6 months in steel.
