The Bianco Damigiana is produced with Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes coming from the vineyard "La Salita" located in Loreto Aprutino and managed according to the ancient agricultural tradition by refusing any kind of chemical on the ground and on plants. The wine ages in carboys of 54 liters for the winter undergoing two rackings in the waning moon. It is bottled in the traditional way in early March to allow the malolactic fermentation in the bottle in order to imprison in the glass all the hallmarks of the territory. Bianco Damigiana has golden color, the nose stand out fruity aromas and yellow flowers. The taste is fresh, fruity, enveloping with a good ending.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. The palate is deep, fresh with a good sapidity and a long side. Wine from the great personality.

Gazzetta's Bianco Peppino is a wine that comes from a blend of local grapes from old vines. The winemaking takes place with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for ten days, before aging in glass demijohns for nine months. The Vino by Marco Merli is a macerated white wine which is vinified in steel and aged in demijohn. On the nose aromas of fruit, in particular peach and pineapple, flowers and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is enveloping, elegant, fresh with a long finish.
