Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. The Nottediluna of Ca de Noci is a very particular obtained from the vinification of white Moscato, Spergola and Malvasia di Candia aromatica with a long maceration on the skins. Ages 12 months in 500 l oak and acacia barrels. In the glass it has a deep golden yellow. The nose plays on notes of ripe yellow fruit, apricot and peach, then the grapefruit peel followed by spicy aromas. JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv. Mihael has a bright golden yellow color and has a rich and elegant bouquet, where hay emerges accompanied by linden flowers, green apple, dried apricot, pear and a distant nuance of elderberry.

Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels.
