Pinot Gris Macération "R-M" by Pierre Frick is a rich and complex macerated white wine produced with the grapes of the same name which come from the famous "Rot Murle" cru of the Krottenfues vineyard. JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

Pierre Frick's Riesling Grand Cru Vorbourg is a full and refined white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes. Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels, it shows a golden yellow color. Montemarino di Cascina degli Ulivi is a white wine made from grapes of old vines worked in biodynamic and macerated for 3 days on the skins.
