Julian Haart's Piesporter Riesling is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crunchy and consistent structure. Freak is a fresh and mineral wine made from Chardonnay and Durello grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Naked White by Weingut Heinrich is a wine made up of almost 70% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc and a few other white grape varieties from the eastern part of Lake Neusiedl. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for one night, aging on its own fine lees for 14 months in large used oak barrels. The wine is finally bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur. Before tasting it, you need to shake the bottle a little and let the wine take a lot of air in the glass. A rather interesting Austrian rock wine.
