"Malvasia "Vigna 80 anni" by I Clivi is a complex, elegant and delicate white wine, obtained from grapes that come from centenary vineyards. Rest in steel on the fine lees for at least one year. Excellent drunk with a few friends, as well as being a perfect companion to the table.

The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

Leukò di 'A Vita is a white wine with a Mediterranean character and a fresh and territorial profile. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and aging in steel tanks for 8 months. The Catarratto di Barraco is a wine with great gustatory intensity which ages in steel for about 8 months. Delicate aromas of sweet spiciness, yellow fruit, citrus fruits, smoky notes and very elegant sulfurs on the nose. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh and long lasting.

The Pouilly Fumé Saint-Andelain by Domaine de Berthiers is a white wine that expresses the typical traits of sauvignon and above all the complexity and finesse typical of those who know how to make wine really well. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

By The Glass is a modern Riesling, simple and captivating to be enjoyed on any occasion. The Trocken diction indicates that we are dealing with a wine with a dry taste, with no more than 9gr / l of sugar. Vinification and aging in steel tanks. The Vino Bianco G by Barraco is a white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from a 2-hectare vineyard Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration on the skins varying from 36 to 72 hours depending on the year. From September to May it refines in the same tanks. Intense and intriguing aromas of spices, toasted almonds and hazelnuts, citrus fruits in jam and anchovy sauce on the nose. In the mouth acidity and flavor with incredible persistence. it has a deep straw yellow color.
