The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Apollo of Ausonia is obtained from the grapes of the same name from the oldest vineyards of the company. Its aging takes place for 6 months in steel. Entre-deux-Mers Château Deville Chateau Deville is a white wine resulting from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and refines in the same tanks for six months where it remains on the fine lees. The Pouilly Fuissé "Climat" by Domaine Robert Denogent is a white wine based on Chardonnay in purity from the Burgundian sub-area of Maconnais, aged for 33 months in used oak barrels. The first vintage is 2019 because the frosts of spring 2019 have led to a poor yield of the other Crus and the Denogent have decided to assemble the various climat. The 2019 is therefore composed of 80% La Croix, 10% Les Reisses and 10% Vers Crasras. The nose offers aromas of yellow peaches, citrus peel and fresh flowers, followed by notes of butter and dried fruit, revealing a full and substantial sip, refreshing and with an abundant mineral flavor.
