Toco Poco by Nika Bakhia is an enveloping macerated white wine with good intensity. Fresh and gritty, it moves in the mouth revealing its warmer, denser and more intense side. Fruit, spices and depth in a single sip for a very persistent finish. Whole bunch maceration and spontaneous fermentation in kvevri. Aging in the same containers.

"O Pando" by La Perdida is a white wine with character, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a week in 400 liter tinajas. The grapes come from very old vines which arise on clayey soil which takes the name of O Pando. Refines with the skins for a further 4 months in 400 liter tinajas, old chestnut and French oak barrels. O Pando is a deep and complex wine with enormous vigor. On the sip the mouth is structured, with excellent acidity and minerality. The finish is long and tasty.

Blan 5.7 is a white wine produced with Parellada and Maccabeu grapes by Jordi Llorens in Blancafort, in the Conca de Barberà. Manual harvest, 4 days of maceration, spontaneous fermentation and six months of aging on the lees in large underground amphorae. The nose is very fragrant, with hints of Mediterranean fruit and citrus. On the palate it is very silky, dry, with a good acidity that makes it very refreshing.

Fiano Sohpia is a wine with a marked flavor and a lashing vein of freshness that is vinified with long macerations in 200-liter amphorae for over a year. The nose is intense and complex with aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits and flowers, marked mineral and brackish qualities. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh, material, slightly tannic and excellent persistence.

Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. Aging for 6 months on the skins in the classic Georgian Kvevri. Exotic nose with hints of grapes, tea, citrus fruits and spices. Mouth with an agile polyphenolic structure, almost ethereal, savory, to be swallowed and drunk more than to taste.
