"Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity. It is produced with extreme care, starting with the rigorous selection of the grapes during the harvest. The grapes are then taken to the cellar, and after de-stemming the fermentation is started in large wooden barrels, only through the intervention of indigenous yeasts. Aging for one year in 50 or 70 hl oak barrels. It does not undergo clarification or filtration. Masterpiece.

The Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Eichenberg by Pierre Frick is a wine whose grapes come from the Eichberg vineyard which is facing south-east at an altitude between 220 and 340 m. The soil is essentially made up of calcareous conglomerates and Oligocene marls. This vineyard, at the foot of the three castles, is sheltered by the slopes of the Vosges and enjoys a particularly dry and warm microclimate, as rainfall is the lowest known in the Colmar region.

Pierre Frick's Riesling Grand Cru Vorbourg is a full and refined white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes. Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels, it shows a golden yellow color. Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.
