The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. A wine that offers mineral and brackish notes, with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, and very savory.

Nur is a splendid wine obtained from a selection of white grapes. Refines in used small-size French oak barrels for about a year. Nur has a splendid golden yellow color in the glass. The nose recognizes hints of aromatic herbs, licorice, rhubarb, notes of undergrowth and honey. In the mouth it is warm, soft, balanced, with a moderate acidity and a subtle vein of tannin that does not disturb. Excellent persistent finish.
