It is the best known wine of Le Rocche del Gatto. The name 'Spigau' is the Ligurian dialectal name of the white grape that is used to produce this wine. It ages for a long time on the fine lees and is bottled in the summer following the harvest. Spigau has an intense golden yellow color. The nose has intense and complex aromas with typical notes of the Mediterranean scrub, and hints of peach, honey, almond and pink pepper. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping and warm, soft with good persistence and pleasantness.

Vermentino by Rocche del Gatto is a macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes, which come from the hinterland of Albenga, in the municipalities of Vessalico and Borghetto d’Arroscia. Refine in steel tanks with a long stay on the noble scum. It is deep golden yellow in color. The nose has intense aromas of dried fruit, dehydrated apricots, dates, hints of minerals and aromatic herbs, puffs of hydrocarbons. The sip is warm and enveloping, with live tannic perception due to maceration, soft, good freshness and flavor. Vermentino di Rocche del Gatto is a unique wine capable of defying time.

The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape. After fermentation, a long stay on the noble scum follows.Pigato has a golden yellow color due to maceration. The nose is intense and fresh, with fruity and floral notes. The sip is dry, soft and full-bodied, with excellent flavor, persistent finish with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. Bamboo Road is the name of the wine inspired by the bamboo canes that surround the vineyard.
