Martin Worner's Weiss is a white that nscae from a blend of 7 different varieties: Würzer, Faber, Bacchus, Müllerthurgau, Scheurebe, Riesling, Silvaner. The grapes come from old vines grown according to organic farming, which are located on sandy soils. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in large exhausted wooden barrels. as in the style of Martin. Too bad for the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

The Pet Nat Blanc by Brand Bros is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner. A fresh, drinkable and pleasant refermented, which can be uncorked in any situation.

Il Tempo Ritrovato by Podere Veneri Vecchio is a white wine with personality vinified with a 12-day maceration on the skins, and aging in traditional chestnut and acacia helmets for almost a year. Tino 5 by Robb de Matt is a rare and uncontaminated wine obtained from a blend of whitw grapes which undergoes 7 days of maceration on the skins. Aromas of white flowers and fruity notes and, thanks also to the excellent flavor, it is easy to drink. Only 580 bottles produced.

SP, from Subirat Parent, a vine related to Malvasia that Partida Creus saved from extinction. The vines grow on the clayey and calcareous soils of Catalonia. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in steel. Unfiltered. All nose is a burst of aromas of tropical fruit, sweet grapefruit, and lemon peel. On the palate it stands out for its freshness and minerality. A funky and charming wine.
