The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore by La Staffa is a white wine of great character, produced from the Verdicchio variety in the hills of Staffolo, an area historically suited to viticulture. Le Oche is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging for 18 months on its own yeasts in the same tanks. Straw yellow color with a nose that expresses beautiful fruity notes, notes of broom and touches of minerality. The freshness and flavor are remarkable in the mouth. Soft and balanced, it closes along with the classic note of bitter mardorla. A great white that has become a reference for the denomination.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.

Campo delle Oche by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a complex and mineral wine made from Verdicchio grapes. it is a deep straw yellow. Refine for 2 months in cement and 18 months in steel on the lees. An evolved and complex wine with notes of ripe fruit, chamomile, marzipan and mineral notes that border on hydrocarbon. In the mouth it is structured, warm, enveloping and long persistent.A great wine capable of defying time.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi "Origini" by Fattoria Nanni is a white wine of great expressiveness and typicality that refines exclusively in steel. The nose offers a fruity and floral bouquet, with accents of broom, citrus and bitter almond. When tasted it is supported by a good acid shoulder, with good body but flowing at the same time. Good length.
