JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. A wine that offers mineral and brackish notes, with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, and very savory.

Terpin's Chardonnay is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the oldest vineyards located on land composed of ponka. Aging in wooden barrels. It is not filtered or stabilized before being put on the market. A nice golden yellow in the glass, with slightly amber reflections. The Nottediluna of Ca de Noci is a very particular obtained from the vinification of white Moscato, Spergola and Malvasia di Candia aromatica with a long maceration on the skins. Ages 12 months in 500 l oak and acacia barrels. In the glass it has a deep golden yellow. The nose plays on notes of ripe yellow fruit, apricot and peach, then the grapefruit peel followed by spicy aromas.
