Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. Given their goodness and very limited production volume, Mai & Kenji wines are almost impossible to find. If a bottle passes by, know that now is the perfect time to drink it.

Nur is a splendid wine obtained from a selection of white grapes. Refines in used small-size French oak barrels for about a year. Nur has a splendid golden yellow color in the glass. The nose recognizes hints of aromatic herbs, licorice, rhubarb, notes of undergrowth and honey. In the mouth it is warm, soft, balanced, with a moderate acidity and a subtle vein of tannin that does not disturb. Excellent persistent finish.

The "Morus Alba" by Vignai da Duline is a white wine of great personality obtained from a blend of Malvasia istriana from Duline and Sauvignon from Ronco Pitotti, spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the vintners and aging in barriques and used tonneaux. It has an intense straw-yellow color, with fine and elegant aromas reminiscent of yellow-pulp fruit, with herbaceous, spicy and dried fruit scents.The palate is enveloping and well-structured, characterized by excellent minerality and freshness, and closes long and persistent.

Savagnin from Les Chais du Vieux Bourg is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from 45-year-old vines that grow on blue marl subsoil under a layer of ice. Aging of 2-3 years in small barrels on fine lees, without decanting. Average quantity produced: 1,500 bottles per year. A delicious and structured wine that offers aromas of white berry fruit, citrus and mineral notes.

Pacina's "Cerretina" is a white wine macerated on the skins from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes, aged for 14 months in large Allier oak barrels and 5 hectoliters acacia tonneaux. The nose releases intense aromas of hay, medicinal herbs, honey and wildflowers, framed by mineral and balsamic puffs.

Skerk's Ograde is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Vitovska, Malvasia, Sauvignon and Pinot grigio grapes. Aging on the fine lees for 12 months in 550l wooden barrels and 15-20 hl vats. A wine with citrus aromas and spicy notes. On the palate it is rich, full-bodied with good acidity and long persistence.

A code name, B.B.1, for a wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, and signed by Ludwig Bindernagel, an architect who became a winemaker in 2003. The nose is powerful, with hints of pineapple and hints of lemon. At the sip it hits with a burst of freshness and fruit that explodes in the mouth.

The Arbois Pupillin "Les Ecrins" by Domaine de la Borde is a wine with an oxidative style obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from a very steep vineyard located on gray and blue marls at 400 meters above sea level. The grapes, after harvesting, are destemmed and then fermented in steel. Refines “sans ouillage” (full barrel) for 48 months. Typical nose with elegant oxidized note. Walnut and celery. Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux. Deep yellow with slightly golden reflections. Almond and hazelnut, ripe white fruit, intense and persistent floral aromas draw an olfactory picture of great grip, engaging and suggestive. Even on the palate the taste is full, decided without being excessive in its generous exuberance. Dry and dry as fat and opulent. Powerful and enveloping, it closes in a very long finish thanks to the pronounced sapidity and overflowing freshness.
