Ombre d'Ambra is an original interpretation of the Garganega grape from the Colli Berici area. Produced from late-harvest grapes, it undergoes two weeks of maceration and is aged for 15 months in barriques, fully expressing the richness and potential of this historic varietal. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe fruit and delicate spicy notes, while on the palate it is enveloping, fresh, and harmonious, making for a very pleasant drinking experience. Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. Freak is a fresh and mineral wine made from Chardonnay and Durello grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous and maceration on the skins takes place in terracotta amphorae. Aging in large barrels. Golden yellow color with aromas of elderberry and yellow fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and mineral with a remarkable drink.

"Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity. It is produced with extreme care, starting with the rigorous selection of the grapes during the harvest. The grapes are then taken to the cellar, and after de-stemming the fermentation is started in large wooden barrels, only through the intervention of indigenous yeasts. Aging for one year in 50 or 70 hl oak barrels. It does not undergo clarification or filtration. Masterpiece.
