Le Monade di Enoz - Masseria Torricella is a Fiano-based white wine produced entirely in amphora, from vinification to aging, with maceration on the skins for eight days. In the mouth the acidity is quite marked and the mineral texture makes it very interesting to drink.

Grapes: Fiano.
Alcohol content: 12%
Aging: 7 months in amphora.

The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is vertical, with the freshness and flavor to dictate the speed of drinking, very satisfying, and the alcohol in balance with the acidity. A white of extreme power but not muscular, full expression of the grape.
Region: Campania.
Grapes: Greco di Tufo.
Alcohol content: 12%.
Aging: 4 months in steel.
