Zagreo is a white wine obtained from Falanghina grapes that come from vineyards that grow on soils of volcanic origin. The vinification takes place in a natural way with only indigenous yeasts in terracotta amphora with maceration on the skins for a very long time. Not filtered before bottling. Obtained from Gruner Veltliner grapes, the most cultivated white grape variety in Austria, which come from old vines planted between '58 and '64 in the three most important Crus of the Kemtal Valley: Strasser Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel. Fontanasanta by Elisabetta Foradori is a white wine obtained from Nosiola grapes, which come from a vineyard that grows on clayey-calcareous soils, Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts in amphora, with a long maceration on the skins for 8 months.
