JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.

Le Marne's Gavi Oro is a wine produced with Cortese grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard located on a calcareous clay soil positioned 350 meters above sea level. The refinement on the fine lees for a long time takes place first in cement and then in the bottle. The slight over-ripening in the plant combined with the prolonged permanence on the lees gives a wine with great mineral expressiveness and surprising aging potential. Golden yellow in color with elegant aromas of yellow fleshed fruit, aromatic herbs and strong minerality. In the mouth a wine of structure and good balance with a nice acid texture. Closes long.

Attention Chenin Méchant by Clos Des Treilles is a white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. It then ages for three months in steel before being bottled. Montemarino di Cascina degli Ulivi is a white wine made from grapes of old vines worked in biodynamic and macerated for 3 days on the skins. Ages on fine lees for 12 months in the same containers and more than a year in concrete containers. No clarification and filtration before bottling. Montemarino has a golden yellow color. The nose expresses floral and fruity aromas, toasted and mineral notes. In the mouth it is enveloping, with a slight sapid vein, persistent closing.

PerlaGioia is Ancarani's entra wine. The grapes used are local white grapes which are harvested in several stages in the vineyard so that the first starts with spontaneous fermentation and the last is harvested with more mature grapes. Aging on the lees for 3 months and decanting in cement vats to clear the wine. Rest in the bottle for 3 months before being put on the market. No filtration. The nose is delicate with notes of white and yellow flowers of hawthorn and broom, light citrus smells and officinal herbs. On the palate it is dry, mineral and with good flavor. Final that gives us a slight tannins.
