Bacio di Lara is a wine obtained from a blend of strictly organic white grapes (used in the vineyard only for copper and sulfur) that come from vineyards located at sea level. Spontaneous fermentation in the cellar with maceration on the skins for about 10 days and aging in steel. No additions of any kind, nor sulphites (at any stage of processing and bottling) or anything else, not even filtering and clarification. Here is a new Molise that exists!

Ricci's "Ti voglio Bene" is made from white grapes that come exclusively from old vines that grow on soils made up of white calcareous and clayey marl. Spontaneous vinification with short maceration on the skins. Refine for 12 months in steel tanks on the fine lees. It is bottled without clarification or filtration. An everyday wine, fine and pleasant, which gives it great freshness and minerality.

El Campesino by Andrea Scovero is a pure sauvignon. The must remains in contact with the skins for about 5 days and is subsequently aged in acacia barrel and then in amphora. A surprising wine, with resinous notes, a balsamic accent, a hint of peach and, finally, the spices amaze and amaze.

Buriana OX a white wine resulting from a blend of all the grapes found in Jacopo's vineyards. Spontaneous fermentation with 8 days maceration on the skins and aging in amphora and cement. A rich and complex peasant wine distinguished by a slight oxidative note.

Moby Dick is a white wine with character that comes from grapes that come from vineyards that look towards the sea, planted from 1998 to 2001 on clay and limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and aging in the same tanks. Wine not filtered, clarified and without added sulphites. Moby Dick is a wine capable of expressing a high quality level and enthusiastic about the character, the multifaceted nose, and the extraordinary drinkability.

Doccia Fredda is a fresh and inetnso wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. The nose expresses notes of yellow fruit and exotic fruit. The sip is fresh and intense, soft, harmonious and balanced, with a finish where pleasant fruity hints return.

Vento d' Estate is a white wine that has been able to conquer the public thanks to its beautiful characteristics related to freshness and drink. Refine a few months in the same tanks. Litrozzo Bianco from the Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a pure and wild white wine obtained from a blend of local biamnche grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Bianco is straw yellow in color. The nose recognizes vivid and defined hints of white pulp fruit. On the palate it is warm and fresh, perfectly balanced with a good finish. Ideal wine for summer friends.

V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.

The Dinavolino by Denavolo is a macerated white wine that presents tannin, flavor and acidity. it has a golden yellow color due to maceration on the skins. On the nose aromas of sweet citrus and macerated flowers, honey, rosemary, sage and capers. In the mouth it is vibrant with good structure, fresh and perceptible tannins in short, what you would not expect from a white wine.
