Refine in steel tanks on its fine lees for two years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. The Solleone is golden in color. The impact is explosive on the nose with notes of ripe fruit, orange blossom flowers, honeyed, balsamic and mentholated sensations. On the palate it is warm, fresh, delicately tannic, with a very long closure.
