Ariento by Massa Vecchia is a macerated white wine obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes in purity. Alcoholic fermentation that occurs spontaneously with maceration on the skins for about 2-3 weeks in conical chestnut vats. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in bottle. A deep and explosive white wine that can be drunk not only with the palate, but also with the nose, to experience those unique emotions that only certain wines can evoke.

Quartz Blanc by Les Cailloux Du Paradis is a wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz. The grapes ferment in used barriques, where they then age for 18 months. Upon opening, the nose is timid with light notes of green apple. A little oxygen is all it takes for it to explode with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, celery, cucumber, and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is vibrant, with acidity guiding the sip, accompanied by notes of white peach and sage. A long finish.

Naked White by Weingut Heinrich is a wine made up of almost 70% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc and a few other white grape varieties from the eastern part of Lake Neusiedl. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for one night, aging on its own fine lees for 14 months in large used oak barrels. The wine is finally bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur. Before tasting it, you need to shake the bottle a little and let the wine take a lot of air in the glass. A rather interesting Austrian rock wine.
