The Riesling Trocken "Faß 6 Senior" by Peter Lauer is a lively, juicy and mineral white wine, obtained with the homonymous grapes that come from ancient vines located on steep soils. Grapes that come from the Vigna del Pozzo, a 1998 plant, in the high Apennine ridge at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in marl and limestone. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days, without temperature control. Aging from 12 to 24 months (depending on the vintage) in concrete tanks, then in the bottle, without filtration.

Freak is a fresh and mineral wine made from Chardonnay and Durello grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous and maceration on the skins takes place in terracotta amphorae. Aging in large barrels. Golden yellow color with aromas of elderberry and yellow fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and mineral with a remarkable drink.

SM di La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Marsanne and Sauvignon grapes, which come from old vineyards located on Villafranchiani soils in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault). In the cellar there is a maceration of 35 days for the Sauvignon, while the Marsanne is pressed directly. Aging in cement for 8 months. Neither filtered nor clarified, with no added sulfur.

Janko Stekar's Rebula Prilo is a long-macerated white wine on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging for 6 years in acacia barrels. On the nose aromas of caramelized orange peel, notes of amber and ginger, tobacco leaves and aromatic herbs. At the sip it has an excellent acidity and salinity, with a present tannin and a good softness on the finish.
