Jean-Marc Dreyer is a great example of modern winemaking in Alsace, and in recent years he has been able to give a new impetus to Alsatian viticulture. Its wines have character, life and soul. This macerated Gewurztraminer is part of the Origin line, five varieties of white grapes (Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Riesling, Muscat and Gewürztraminer) which undergo maceration in contact with the skins for a period ranging from 10 to 20 days depending on the grape variety. Gewurztraminer Maceration has a golden yellow color. Fresh and exotic fruit notes on the nose. On the palate it is warm, with a good structure, soft, with an interesting acid note with a lively finish. The gentle giant of Alsace strikes again with this beautiful macerated Gewurztraminer.

The Bianco R of Le Coste is a "Riserva" produced with the best company white grapes picked at full maturity, after being de-stemmed they ferment in contact with the skins in open French oak vats for about 3 weeks. After pressing, the wine is decanted into 5 hl French oak barrels for about 20 months. After being bottled, it rests for a further 6 months before release. Also in this case, thanks to the vintage, the wine is very elegant and with an acid and mineral thorn that is appreciated throughout the finish.

Domaine Robert Denogent's Pouilly Fuissé "La Croix" is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Burgundian sub-area of Maconnais, aged for 24 months in used oak barriques. Molitor 2000 Riesling Spatlese is the oldest vintage available. The scent is buttery and tropical, leeches and passion fruit on chalk and burnt gum. The "Piantagrane" of Villa Job is a wine macerated briefly on the skins obtained from Pinot grigio grapes from different parcels. Refinement inside spent barrels and concrete tanks for 9 months. The "Piantagrane" has an intense golden yellow color. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. Aging from 6 to 12 months in barrique and tonneau. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruit, candied orange, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and brackish hints. On the palate it is warm, juicy, slightly salty, with a good freshness and delicate tannins on the finish.

Ariousios' Asyrtico is a warm and enveloping macerated white wine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from a small vineyard of 2 cultivated in a natural way on clayey-silty lands. Maceration on the skins for 5 days, and aging for 11 months in steel in contact with the exceptions. About 2000 bottles produced. It is yellow in color tending to golden. The nose gives fruity and floral notes, with hints of Mediterranean scrub in the background. At the sip it is well-structured, enveloping, and striking for its palatable sapid drink.
