The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. On the nose sensations of candied and dried fruit with honeyed notes. In the mouth it is structured, dry, warm with a pleasant freshness and light tannins. Good persistence with a return of the candied fruit.

The Kai by Paraschos is a macerated white wine of great structure and personality obtained from grapes of Friulano in purity. It refines for 24 months in oak barrels and has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose sensations of yellow fruit like peach and pineapple, balsamic and iodine notes. In the mouth it is of great structure, warm with a pleasant freshness. A great wine.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. Di Gino Bianco by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous for 30 days in cement tanks. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the yeasts. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San Lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a floral nose on a citrus-saline note. Entre-deux-Mers Château Deville Chateau Deville is a white wine resulting from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
