The Bianco R of Le Coste is a "Riserva" produced with the best company white grapes picked at full maturity, after being de-stemmed they ferment in contact with the skins in open French oak vats for about 3 weeks. After pressing, the wine is decanted into 5 hl French oak barrels for about 20 months. After being bottled, it rests for a further 6 months before release. Also in this case, thanks to the vintage, the wine is very elegant and with an acid and mineral thorn that is appreciated throughout the finish.

Iago Bitarishvili's Chardakhi Chinuri is a white wine made from an ancient Georgian grape variety called Chinuri. Fermented with natural yeasts in amphorae, macerated for 6 months on the skins and aged first in the same amphorae and then for 24 months in steel. It has a golden golden color. Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. Ariousios' Asyrtico is a warm and enveloping macerated white wine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from a small vineyard of 2 cultivated in a natural way on clayey-silty lands. "Uis Blanc Dodon" by Denis Montanar is an intense and structured macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Friulano, Sauvignon and small quantities of Pinot Bianco and Verduzzo.
