Verdeca by Tenuta Macchiarola is a macerated white wine produced with Verdeca grapes, an autochthonous Apulian grape variety. Manaule harvest, and in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts with a maceration on the skins for seven days. It follows an aging of about 6-7 months in steel tanks. The nose has chalk notes, fruity and floral aromas and pleasant saline sensations. In the mouth it is expressed with good freshness and minerality and ease of drinking.

Nù Litr Rosato is a fragrant and fluid wine that comes from Negroamaro grapes and is part of the Calcarius Project, born from an idea of Valentina Passalacqua. The grapes come from young vineyards located within the Gargano National Park on white limestone rocky soil, and bred with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for a few hours in open vats with manual hat breaking. Unfiltered and clarified wine with winter decanting in steel containers. The Nù Litr rosa is a wine with low alcohol content and which has a coral pink color. The nose is expressed, in particular, with hints of cranberries and pomegranate. On the palate it is fresh and sapid; closes with floral references.

Mons Roni Cannitum is an orange wine produced from a blend of Verdeca, wild Moscatello, and Malvasia grapes. In appearance, it shows an amber–copper hue, typical of skin-contact vinification. The "Litrotto Rosso" together with its brother "Litrotto Bianco" are the simplest and most immediate wines of L'Archetipo. The name is inspired by the particular one liter size. The grapes used are a blend of Montepulciano, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo and Susamaniello. Refines in the same tanks for a period of 18 months. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of red fruits, with touches of Mediterranean scrub and savory sensations. At the sip it is inviting, juicy, allowing it to show its fresh and fragrant aromas of wild fruit, wild herbs and Mediterranean scrub with delicate marine echoes in the background. The taste is simple, juicy, with a light body and an extraordinary drink.
