Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby ​​red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. Zagreo is a white wine obtained from Falanghina grapes that come from vineyards that grow on soils of volcanic origin.
